How to use:
1. Wear the product on the knee
2. Power on.
3. Press the “Time” button to turn on the device, then press “Time” to adjust the time for working (10/20/30 Minutes)
4. Knee pads will automatically select the high heat mode, and set for 10 minutes, adjust according to your needs.
5. Press “Vibrate” button to turn on/off the vibration.
6. Press “Heat” button to choose High/Medium/Low Heat.
7. Press and hold the “Time” button to turn off the device.
